H & A Tours, a leading provider of tours and transfers in Saint Lucia, is seeking a professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Driver-Guide to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles for transfers and tours across the island.
• Provide guests with informative, engaging, and friendly commentary about Saint Lucia’s history, culture, and attractions.
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of all guests at all times.
• Assist guests with entry to attractions, luggage, and other tour-related needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the vehicle.

Requirements:

• Experienced driver 25 years and older with 2 years minimum driving experience
• Valid Saint Lucian driver’s license with tourism taxi endorsement (B2).
• Knowledge of Saint Lucia’s roads, history, attractions, and culture.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service experience (tourism background preferred).
• Punctual, reliable, and well-presented.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
