Job Vacancy: Dock Attendant
Location: Marigot Bay Yacht Haven, Marigot Bay, St. Lucia
Marigot Bay Yacht Haven is seeking a reliable, honest, hardworking, and customer-focused Dock Attendant to join our marina operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist vessels with docking and undocking
- Handle dock lines and fenders safely
- Provide courteous assistance to captains, crew, and guests
- Monitor dock conditions and report maintenance issues
- Conduct Fuel Sales
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of docks and marina facilities
- Support marina operations
Requirements:
- Previous marina or marine experience preferred (training provided)
- Strong swimming ability
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Safety-conscious and team-oriented
Desirable Skills:
- Basic boating or seamanship knowledge
- Experience handling lines and fenders
- First Aid/CPR certification (an asset)
