Position Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact between IBS Inc. and our customers. This role is responsible for assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every customer interaction is positive and professional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers warmly in-store or online.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, and company policies.
  • Handle orders, returns, billing, and shipping inquiries.
  • Maintain a neat and organized cash register area; manage petty cash and deposits.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer experience.
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments; monitor stock levels and conduct inventory audits.
  • Document customer interactions in CRM systems and generate reports as required.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to improve service quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, escalating when necessary.
  • Report equipment malfunctions and support operational efficiency.

Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 CXCs including Mathematics and English. • Experience in a similar role is an asset. • Knowledge of QuickBooks is an asset. • Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook.
