Collections Officer for Castries, St Lucia The position available is for a Collections Officer. The candidate must have strong collection skills within the Debt Recovery Industry, be able to work under pressure and have excellent analytical skills.

Other Responsibilities include: Daily feedback to Supervisor Self Motivation Adhere to Client's Service Level Agreements Maintain good working relationships with clients, debtors & colleagues Analyzing of accounts on a daily/monthly/weekly basis

Qualifications: Qualification in the related field will be advantageous Advanced Excel Abilities

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years Call Centre and Collections and Debt Recovery experience Knowledge of Legal Processes, Debt Collection and Credit Act Very Strong analytical ability Experience in the Debt Collections / Debt Recovery Industry Knowledge principles relating to the Collections and Debt Recovery Industry Knowledge of Soft Collections, Legal Collections and Legal Processes would be an asset Suitably qualified applicants may email their resume to Topcareers@ymail.com
