Accountant
Reports to: TSVC Financial Controller/Accounting Systems Manager
Job Description:
- Work independently to support the operational needs on the weekends
- Process all cancellations upon demand to allow for the processing of new sales contracts
- Review cancellation requires and review associated transactions to record the accurate entries
- Reviewing and enter invoices
- Obtaining necessary approvals for invoices per policy
- Reconcile cash and petty cash accounts
- Distribute and process petty cash requests
- Assist in ad hoc needs of the day to day operations
Skills
- Strong excel skills
- SAP experience a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem solving abilities
Requirements
- Must be able to work weekends and three weekdays
