Unicomer (Saint Lucia) Limited - Buying Clerk
Unicomer (Saint Lucia) Limited is recruiting a Buying Clerk. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Accounts Department and responsible for generating and recording of Purchase Orders for the OECS.
Key Duties
- Review and update PO’s in the system, after ensuring all policies are adhered to
- Receive and consolidate requisitions
- Review invoices to ensure they reconcile with POs for all PO invoices
- Follow-up with departments for outstanding invoices before stipulated month end cut off
- Assist with account analysis and reconciliations as required
- Assist with filling of documents in the finance department, to include Purchase Orders, invoices, cheque vouchers, cashiers reconciliations sheets and deposits slips
- Any other duties assigned by management
Qualification/Education
- Diploma in Accounting, A Level accounting or equivalent
