General Counsel / Corporate Secretary

The Saint Lucia Air and Sea Ports Authority (SLASPA) is seeking a suitably qualified person to join its team as a General Counsel /Corporate Secretary.

EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS

DEPARTMENT: Legal

EDUCATION: A Master’s Degree in Law, plus a Certificate in Legal
Education; A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a
reputable organization; LLB Undergraduate Degree Law from
a recognized university. A minimum of five (5) years’
experience in either private, in-house practice or as a lawyer in
public service.
