PART-TIME/RELIEF & FULL TIME PLAYERS SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
Perform account maintenance for players and loyalty players registered in the loyalty program; receive cash from customers, verify amount received and amount for credit to machine; add credits to Video Lottery Terminals as requested and paid in advance by customers; Minimum of two (2) years experience in a Cashier capacity. Able to work flexible hours and days.
PART-TIME MARKETING LOYALTY REPRESENATIVES [Short employment]




Responsible for the registration and education of the new members in the CAGE St. Lucia Loyalty Club and wallet concept according to the CAGE registration process, at CAGE agent locations. Experience in promotions will be an asset. Must have infectious high energy with excellent customer service. Able to work flexible hours and days.
MARKETING RELATIONSHIP REPRESENTATIVES - FOR THE NORTH & SOUTH
Must be revenue-driven with Marketing/Sales/Promoting experience of over twelve (12) months. Able to work flexible hours and days. Must have infectious high energy with excellent customer service. Must possess a valid driver’s license and a vehicle.
TECHNICIANS
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a technical capacity. Extensive knowledge of electronics, computers, or mechanical repairs. The operation of video poker machines and the installation and operation of gaming machine systems would be an advantage. Excellent troubleshooting skills will be an asset. Must possess a valid driver’s license and a vehicle.
GREETERS
Welcomes and greets each player as they enter, answers questions along with directing them to the terminals for play. Should be professional and personable, with excellent customer service and communication skills. Able to work flexible hours and days.
FULL-TIME OFFICE CLEANERS
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar capacity. You are required to use cleaning equipment and supplies to maintain a high standard of cleanliness for the offices and gaming floor. Need to have great time management, be efficient and be attentive to detail. Able to work flexible hours and days.
