The Central Castries Constituency will soon benefit from a personal development training and recruitment programme, dubbed, “Synergy.”
In making the announcement during a new year address, Member of Parliament for Central Castries, Hon. Sarah Flood-Beaubrun said Synergy will offer uniquely-tailored services to constituents seeking employment.
“The Synergy Programme will be tailored to each client’s personal needs and provide the best opportunity for personal development, geared towards work readiness. We will work with you individually to identify job opportunities, to prepare for them, and to explore avenues for self-employment.”
The Central Castries MP said a full website for the Synergy programme is now being developed, where constituents can log on to register for their respective areas of interest.
Minister Beaubrun encourages the public to continue to liaise with the Central Castries office, and monitor the news and social media for details on the programme and how to participate.”
