Meat & Food Express Ltd - Customer Service Representative
General Purpose:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all our customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products, as well as communicating effectively with team members to attain company objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services
- Processes customer quotes/orders/changes/returns according to established company polices and procedures
- Processes customer payments in keeping with company policies
- Works closely with accounting department to resolve account disputes and assist in retrieving return cheques payments
- Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
- Perform general administration tasks and support other departments
Education and Experience
- A least 2 years customer service or related background
- Minimum five (5) CXC’s to include mathematics and English
- Knowledge of office administration and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, PeachTree & Great Plans
