Our team is growing, and we are seeking individuals who are customer-oriented, positive, disciplined, and driven team players to fill the role of Associate Customer Service Engineer (CSE).
The multi-faceted technical role predominantly involves interacting with customers and demands strong technical, organizational, and interpersonal aptitude. It also necessitates excellent communication skills, patience, and problem-solving abilities.




Job Requirements & Specifications:
Certifications from CompTIA and/or other reputable technical training institutions (alternate: CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications) are preferred.
Be proficient in using/administering Software in a Microsoft environment.
Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
Good eyesight and hearing. Glasses accepted. Neat and clean appearance.
Ability to work flexible hours.
Friendly personality while commanding respect.
Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm.
Alert, quick thinking, analytic.
Able to work independently and as a team.
Desirable:
Prior experience as a Technician/ Customer Service Engineer in a customer service-oriented organization
Have an understanding and Experience working with various operating environments such as Linux and Apple OS




Additional Requirements:
A clean Police Record
Valid driver’s license
Remuneration
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
