Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Goodwill Fishermen’s Co-operative is seeking a male individual to fill the post of CSR.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Sales: all products (fuel, tackles, accessories)
- Merchandising
- Other Customer Facing roles
- Any other duties assigned
Qualifications
- Five (5) CXC O Level passes including Maths and English
- Customer Service Training would be an asset
Desired Skills and Attributes
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to examine and verify records
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks POS
- Able to work under pressure
- Willingness to learn and apply effectively
Reports to: CSR/ Floor Supervisor
