Barista/Customer Service Representative
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers
- Process customer orders
- effectively assist in the preparation and service of Juice Bar/Cafe
- Ensure all orders are delivered to the customers in a timely manner
- Package and deliver orders to customers
- Operate cash registers and other equipment
- Provide superior customer service to our customers.
Other duties include:
- Serve Department product line to customers courteously and efficiently
- Assist in the production, preparation, display and proper rotation of product line. Duties may include slicing, cutting, processing, and disposal of food related products ensuring consistency is maintained.
- Maintain Department sanitation standards including cleaning and sanitation of equipment, tools, dishes, production and storage areas.
- Receive and place in storage incoming Department products and supplies.
- Report security concerns immediately.
- Assist in Department inventories as assigned which includes shopping.
- Meet/Work with other Team Members to achieve Team/Store goals.
Qualification & Requirements
- Three (3) or more CXC passes including Math & English
- Valid Health Card is an asset
- Experience is in a similar position is an asset
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Able to adapt to a fast past environment
- Quick leaner
Kitchen Assistant
