Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative’s primary responsibility is to provide effective customer service for all customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and systems.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum Tertiary level education or an Associate degree in Business Administration
  • Minimum three years’ experience in the field of customer service
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Effective computer skills
  • Outstanding Customer Management Skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, weekends and/or public holidays
Responsibilities
  • Manage and assign a portfolio of customer accounts and services
  • Adopt a cradle to grave approach in the management of service delivery for total customer satisfaction
  • Actively seek opportunities to expand service portfolio and range of customers
