Passionate about fitness and willing to go the extra mile to inspire our guests to reach their goals?

We’re looking for a dynamic person to join our Activities & Entertainment Team. You will be responsible for delivering high energy fitness classes such as aqua fit, spinning, beach fit, dance, box fit, and circuits as well as other activities such as archery, fencing, bike tours, morning walks, stretch, and beach volleyball.

You will also be a great host, ensuring our guests have a fantastic time during their stay. In the evenings you will socialise in the piano bar, host communal dinners, and entertain on the dance floor.

To succeed you’ll need to have a genuine passion for fitness, sound educational background, effective communication skills, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong work ethic. Fitness qualifications and previous experience in guest entertainment are a bonus but not essential as the successful candidate will go through our comprehensive training programme.

This is a full-time position working a variety of hours over the week. Flexibility is required to suit the needs of the business and shifts will be both early and late over both weekdays and weekends.
