Bank of Saint Lucia – Human Resource Manager – Talent Manager
General Accountability
The Human Resource Manager – Talent Management is responsible for playing the lead role in the development and implementation of talent management initiatives and provides support to Management in their daily human resource duties. The Manager will also be responsible for implementing and managing best practice human resources initiatives.
Qualifications/Experience Required
- Must possess a first degree in Human Resource Management OR a combination of a core Human Resource Management degree with Education, Psychology, Business Administration or any related field;
- A post graduate degree in Human Resource Management will be an asset;
- Membership with a relevant professional body;
- A minimum of five (5) years in an equivalent human resource management position with a minimum of three (3) years of work experience in a core Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations;
- Sound knowledge of ethical and legal human resource issues;
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the Labour legislation of St. Lucia
