As the Human Resources Officer you will be responsible for the talent acquisition processes, employee relations, and implementation of our HR programs. You will be the primary HR contact for our team members and execute functions to meet our overall objectives.



Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, screen and interview candidates.
Ensure orientation, onboarding and training is completed to drive performance excellence.
Maintain HR Information System and employee records.
Regularly interact with employees, document, and address HR matters.
Duties include, but not limited, to:
Screen candidates, schedule interviews, conduct phone interviews, complete reference checks and interview evaluation forms.
Organize and manage new employee orientation, on‐boarding, and training programs.
Review training needs for all team members in conjunction with operations units.
Coordinate new corporate training.
Physical development and maintenance of employee files including digital and physical files.
Update HRIS system.
Preparation of HR correspondences; memos, job letters etc.
Ensure the company is fully compliant with all relevant regulations including, but not limited
to, the Labour Code.



Interact with other business functions (Payroll, Finance, etc) to resolve specific employee
benefit and/or pay issues.
Conducts the exit process for employees
Management and tracking of vacation and other leaves.
Management and tracking of attendance and punctuality.
Propose and coordinate employee benefits program.
Propose and coordinate team activities and events.
Deploy a thorough performance management programme designed to monitor employee performance and encourage personal and professional growth.
Prepare reports.
Qualifications/Traits:
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR.
Exceptional probing, communication, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills to effectively resolve complex employee issues.
Proven ability to engage employees, enhance morale and improve job satisfaction.
Ability to work efficiently in a high demand, team oriented, and dynamic environment.
