Admac Ltd. – Administrative & Accounts Officer

KEY FUNCTIONS:
- Maintenance of Standard Cost Sheets
- Prepare Local and international payments
- Prepare daily banking deposits
- Administrative Tasks
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Food and Beverage Industry experience
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Knowledge of Administrative, Clerical and Accounting procedures
- Excellent working knowledge in the use of Excel Spread Sheets
- At least 5 years working experience
- Experience in an administrative position
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s or Associates degree in Business and /Accounting
- Proficiency in Work and Excel including spreadsheet creation with formulas.
- Knowledge of Quick Books.
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to work under pressure
- Skilled with figures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to make presentations and to formulate and generate reports
- Flexibility to work longer hours at short notice
- Team player
- Ability to set and execute department and organizational goals
- Knowledge of Asycuda

Compensation will be influenced by the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience.
