Admac Ltd. – Administrative & Accounts Officer

KEY FUNCTIONS:
  • Maintenance of Standard Cost Sheets
  • Prepare Local and international payments
  • Prepare daily banking deposits
  • Administrative Tasks
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Food and Beverage Industry experience
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Knowledge of Administrative, Clerical and Accounting procedures
  • Excellent working knowledge in the use of Excel Spread Sheets
  • At least 5 years working experience
  • Experience in an administrative position
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s or Associates degree in Business and /Accounting
  • Proficiency in Work and Excel including spreadsheet creation with formulas.
  • Knowledge of Quick Books.

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to make presentations and to formulate and generate reports
  • Flexibility to work longer hours at short notice
  • Team player
  • Ability to set and execute department and organizational goals
  • Knowledge of Asycuda

Compensation will be influenced by the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience.
