Job Title: Marketing & Administrative Assistant

Location: Hybrid (St. Lucia) — Initially remote, transitioning to 100% in-office
Reports to: Wayne Daniel, CPA (CAFCS – U.S. Operations)


About the Role

We are seeking a creative, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Administrative Assistant to support our firm’s marketing communications and daily operations across St. Lucia and the U.S.

This is a temporary-to-permanent role, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance and business needs.

This role is ideal for someone who can balance creative design with strong organizational and communication skills. You’ll help develop digital presence, design engaging visual materials, and coordinate administrative functions that support the growth and visibility of the firm across multiple digital platforms.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment, brings initiative to both creative and operational tasks, and can manage multiple priorities with professionalism and accuracy. You’ll manage social media presence, design marketing materials, and ensure smooth administrative coordination using Google Workspace (G Suite) tools, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).


Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

  • Develop and execute content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and others), ensuring alignment with CAFCS and Wayne Daniel CPA branding.

  • Design high-quality marketing materials and graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

  • Manage posting schedules, monitor engagement, and report on campaign performance.

  • Create presentations, brochures, and other marketing documents to highlight organizational achievements and initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.


Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to management, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.

  • Assist with event planning, stakeholder coordination, and meeting logistics (virtual and in-person).

  • Maintain digital filing systems, project tracking sheets, and team communication channels.

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and proposals using Google Workspace (G Suite) tools.

  • Support business development activities, including maintaining contact databases and assisting with outreach follow-ups.

  • Coordinate with U.S. and St. Lucia teams to ensure timely reporting and information flow.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

  • Proven experience managing social media and digital content creation.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) — strong design portfolio preferred.

  • Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.

  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities across diverse teams.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Canva, scheduling platforms).

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.

  • Flexibility to work extended hours (12–14 hours occasionally) during events, campaigns, or time-sensitive deliverables.

 

Preferred Additional Experience

  • Experience in brand management or digital campaign strategy.

  • Experience coordinating with cross-border teams or professional services environments.

  • Basic video editing or animation skills (After Effects or Premiere Pro).

  • Ability to travel to the U.S. for training or events (a plus, not a requirement).


Working Conditions & Expectations

  • Hybrid/Remote: Initially remote, transitioning to 100% in-office in St. Lucia.

  • Must have reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and be comfortable on-camera for meetings.

  • May involve event coverage with stakeholders.

  • Expected to support coordination with CAFCS & Wayne Daniel, CPA U.S. Operations on marketing, branding, and administrative tasks.

  • Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and consistent brand presentation.
