THE PILOT IS AIMED AT ENHANCING EFFICIENCY AND SERVICE DELIVERY AT SHED 6.
The Customs and Excise Department of Saint Lucia is pleased to inform of an important initiative aimed at enhancing service delivery and facilitating efficient movement of goods through our ports. As part of our broader operational review, we will be implementing a pilot program to extend operating hours at Shed 6.Pilot Details:
Start Date: July 8, 2025
End Date: September 8, 2025
New Operating Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (no closure for lunch)
Location: Shed 9
Cashier Services: Extended to 3:30 p.m.
The feedback and data collected during this period will guide future decisions regarding potential department-wide implementation.
