Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible to build an excellent relationship with his/her customers and complete all daily Route Visits while effectively executing Picture of Success (PICOS) according to each channel in an effort to advise customers on best practices and increase sales of WLBL - DBC Products
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Before starting routing:
-
Identify the main opportunities with his/her customers and establish commitments to execute during the day on the following topics
- Volume
- Picture of Success (PICOS)
Customer Relationship & Development:
- Build a good relationship with customers and visits all customers on daily route
- Ensure costumer’s development in order to increase sales
- Manage and ensure customer service to guarantee sales, product development and satisfaction
- Detects service needs (equipment, visibility etc) in the customer
Execution
- Ensure execution of “PICOS” in order to optimize sales and brand equity at the point of purchase
- Ensure that our value proposition is in accordance to standards and procedures defined for each channel and according company’s strategy
- Recommend order according to product rotation, promotions or season
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- BSc in Business or Business Management or similar field of study
- Two years or more commercial and/or sales/marketing experience
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret results and provide insightful reports
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
