Role

Responsible for the management of the most valued assets of the organization by recruiting, developing, utilizing, maintaining and compensating their services well within the job and organizational requirement
Responsible for the implementation of policies and people programs for the entire organization in addition advising the management team on HR practices and objectives for quality, productivity, safety of all employees.
Department: HR

Education

  • Graduate degree in Human Resource Management

Experience

  • Minimal of 5 years’ experience in Human Resource Management

Competencies

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Ability to interact and communicate with multiple levels within the organization
  • Ability to work well in a matrix environment with participation in cross functional teams
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office suite with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Creative thinker and strong analytical skills and ability to interpret results and provide insightful commentary
  • Proactive and not afraid to challenge
  • Strong leadership qualities with good negotation skills
  • General awareness about ISO 9002:2014/FSSC 22000 procedures and HACCP guidelines
