Overview:

To perform the Spa treatments for the guest as per the predefined Windjammer Landing standards. The Spa Therapist should possess good selling techniques for the Spa and the retail and should also maintain highest standards of hygiene at all times.

List of Responsibilities:

Follow the opening and closing procedures of the spa including cash count, set ups, booking review & shift end

To ensure that the treatment rooms are tidy and set up as per the standards

Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures

Be updated on the latest hotel/Spa events and promotions and inform the guest accordingly

Relieve the Spa receptionist on the days off and during busy operations

Promote the Spa treatments, promotions and the retail

Qualifications and Experience

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job.

Diploma from a recognized institute in various massages, body treatments, beauty treatments, hair treatments, manicure, pedicure

Thorough knowledge of numerous massage techniques

Possess a general understanding of body, beauty, nails and hair treatments
