INFORMATION

Office located North of St Lucia

HR is an essential part of the VE Team, involved in motivating and organising all aspects of the team, to develop and maintain a pleasant and productive work environment.

Reporting will be directly to the CEO

Responsibility for coordinating vacations

Working directly with the finance dept., ref staff bonuses and salaries

The “best” customer service is an essential part of the Vision Express company, and is very reliant on the head office team, particularly HR.

Accurate records are essential

Regular “one on one’s “ with all staff are seen as a vital part of the HR Job

Basic advertising for and recruiting new staff ( together with the CE0)

Acquisition of work permits and medical licenses and renewal of same

Ensuring new recruits follow a training programme.

REQUIREMENTS

Team player

Organised and Self motivated

Qualifications and Experience in HR is essential

Driver preferred

Must be conversant with the St Lucia Labour Laws

A person both with empathy for, and expectations from, the staff team is important.
