Customer Service Agents – VELOX PERFORMANCE
We are seeking detail-oriented, thorough, and organized Customer Service agents to join our growing team. Applicants should be motivated, responsible and a team player.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must have a clean Police Certificate of Character
- Must be 18 years and older
- Must demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be in good physical health and able to perform duties
- Possess the ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
- Minimum High/Secondary School diploma is required
- Must be able to work flexible hours (till 10PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must be Honest and Assertive
- Must be computer literate
- Previous experience in a Customer Service field is preferred but NOT required
