1-888-GO-ANSWER! is a 24/7 outsourced customer service company based in Rodney Bay (Inbound and Outbound.)
We are looking for customer service/Sales Rockstars! (Preferably residents in the North of the Island)
Working as a Customer Service Representative, We Offer:

Working as a Customer Service Representative, You Will:
- Provide exceptional customer service and problem solving
- Assist customers with existing accounts
- Be an active listener who can show empathy to our value customers
- Resolve customer inquiries
- Learn and strives to gain new knowledge about product and service changes
Working as a Customer Service Representative, You Must:
- Be able to work from (4pm -12:30am Monday –Thursday) Saturday 9:00am – 2:00pm OFF on Friday and Sunday
- Transportation will be provided for all those leaving at 12:30am
- Minimum 1-year customer service experience preferred
- Enjoy throwing around high fives
- Ability to receive and implement ongoing feedback / coaching
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal phone etiquette skills
- Strong computer application skills
- Strong oral communication skills
- Must be results oriented
- Motivated to be a consistent performer
