A prominent repair and manufacturing company is seeking applicants for the position of JR Service Manager. The successful candidate’s role is essential for overseeing the repair operations for the organization, as well as identifying and executing new business opportunities. Leadership abilities are essential as this person will be responsible for supervising, and overseeing a small team.

Qualifications: A high school diploma or GED is required, plus a minimum of 3 years of experience in the fields of Tailoring, clothing production, Shoe or Upholstery Repairs. Passes in in CXC Clothing and Textiles is an asset. Must have demonstrated ability to lead a team of 3 or more; must have good communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels. The candidate must be computer literate and have a passion for working with their hands and the desire to learn unfamiliar fields.
