Vacancy - Junior Collections Manager
An undisclosed company in St Lucia has immediate vacancies for the following positions: Junior Collections Manager
The position available is for a Junior Collections Manager. The candidate must have strong management collection skills within the Debt Recovery Industry, be able to work under pressure and have excellent analytical skills.
Other Responsibilities include:
- Management of own department
- Management of all aspects of collection agents i.e. attendance, poor work performance, disciplinary procedures, monitoring of calls (Quality Assurance), emails, daily tasks and all set targets etc.
- Daily feedback to Senior Management
- Staff Motivation
- Adhere to Client's Service Level Agreements
- Maintain good working relationships with clients, debtors & colleagues
- Analyzing of accounts on a daily/monthly/weekly basis
Qualifications:
- Qualification in the related field will be advantageous (Credit Management/Business Management)
- Advanced Excel Abilities
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years Call Centre and Junior Collection management experience
- Knowledge of Legal Processes, Compliance Laws, Debt Collection and Credit Act
- Very Strong analytical ability
- Experience in the Debt Collections/Debt Recovery Industry
- Knowledge of leadership and management principles relating to the Collections and Debt Recovery Industry
- Knowledge of Soft Collections, Legal Collections and Legal Processes would be an asset
