Vacancy - Collections Agents
A company in Financial Services in St Lucia has immediate vacancies for the following positions: Collections Agents
This is a part time position of 4 hours per day
- Interested persons have minimum 1 year experience in Collections
- Must have good command of English Language
- Able to follow directives and open to training
- Review accounts that are behind and track customers through various mediums
- Deal with customers diligently, courteously and professionally while collecting payment
- Have the ability to schedule and follow up as needed
- Agent must between the ages of 25 to 40 years old
Qualifications
- Should have previous collections or telemarketing experience
- Be a good communicator and have problem solving skills
- Good customer service skills and good telephone etiquette
