expected to have the following qualifications:
- Knowledge of leave benefits and payroll (according to Saint Lucia laws) is a plus
- Strong presentation skills, with ability to conduct in-person/online demos and product training
- Familiarity and competence with website maintenance and social media content
- Strong organization skills
- Strong communication skills – both oral and written
- Tech savvy with an ability to learn new software applications quickly
- Ability to function under pressure balancing multiple priorities
- Valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle would be an asset
