HRM Solutions Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic, excellence driven professional to fill the position of HRMS Specialist within the organization. The role is one which requires high energy, significant client interaction, as well as a vibrant personality. The ideal candidate will be

expected to have the following qualifications:

  • Knowledge of leave benefits and payroll (according to Saint Lucia laws) is a plus
  • Strong presentation skills, with ability to conduct in-person/online demos and product training
  • Familiarity and competence with website maintenance and social media content
  • Strong organization skills
  • Strong communication skills – both oral and written
  • Tech savvy with an ability to learn new software applications quickly
  • Ability to function under pressure balancing multiple priorities
  • Valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle would be an asset
