VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
Applications are invited from suitable qualified persons for the post of Administrative Secretary.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Administrative Secretary shall in particular be responsible for:
Providing administrative support to the Secretary General and President
Handling incoming/outgoing correspondence
Providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail
Processing and filing of documents
Financial or Personnel-related data entry
Organising meetings, seminars and conferences
Performing logistic arrangements for athletes, board members, officials travelling on official business of the SLOC Inc.
Performing other administrative duties as requested
Qualifications and Experience
Have a minimum of five(5) CSEC/CXC subjects inclusive of Mathematic and English Language. A Diploma/Certificate in Secretarial Studies will be an asset.
Be Computer Literate with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
Have exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Knowledge of the Olympic Movement and a background in Sports Administration will be an asset.
SALARY
Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience
