Golden Apple Holdings Inc., trading as RE/MAX Golden Apple, the ONLY RE/MAX Office in Saint Lucia, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work for and with the Managing Broker.
Experience in real estate is not mandatory, but helpful. Ideally, we are looking for someone who has worked in a bank, legal firm, or corporate setting. Integrity is a must, and ALL candidates must be able to pass a Criminal Record Check.
RE/MAX Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, i.e.: dictation.
Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports associates & visitors.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, mail, and in person.
Supports the team by performing tasks related to reporting, filing of real estate transactions, and handling basic advertising needs for Sales Associates, including on social media (competence here is especially important)
Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, i.e.: ensuring the coffee station is replenished.
Assists in the completion of minor bookkeeping duties, such as organizing and posting bills.
General tasks including running errands, upkeep of employee areas and making coffee and/or tea as needed.
We are looking for integrity, talent, and competence. You will be working for a St. Lucian with international experience.
We are more than happy to train the successful candidate and this position may ideally eventually change into an executive assistant, office manager, or other progressive role in the future.
