Unicomer Group - Technical Supervisor
Unicomer (Omni) is recruiting a Technical Supervisor that can mange the Technical Services Department in line with the objectives and goals outlined in the corporate plan and in doing so strives to maintain continuous improvement in productivity to increase profitability of the department and deliver a high standard of service to customers.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and increase the overall level of service for the company
- Ensure technicians attend to all assigned calls and that they successful repair the items in accordance with established standards
- Ensure consistent achievement of the company’s performance targets with regards to the turnaround time to get calls completed
- Ensure that calls are closed as per the targeted timelines highlighted by the company
- Train, coach, develop and lead a highly effective breakdown, service and installation of team that achieves high performance results
- Monitor and ensure that the technical staff achieve the targeted number of installations as highlighted by the company
Job Requirements:
- 3+ Years of experience in managing a group of technicians or team members with a similar background
- Strong administrative skills
- Well rounded in EXCEL, POWERPOINT and report creation
- Technical background is nice to have but not a must
Personal Characteristics:
- Leadership, delegating, monitoring and coaching skills
- The ability to manage people effectively
- The ability to remain claim in a stressful situation
- Deportment and a neat appearance
