The Windward and Leeward Brewery Limited (WLBL) and DuBoulay’s Bottling Company Limited (DBC) invites talented and enthusiastic professionals to apply for the following position:
The incumbent will be responsible for the coordination of day-to-day operational activities within the Logistics Department while allocating resources for maximum productivity, ensuring that all controls are monitored and adhered to, to safely meet service level requirements.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Safety- Ensure all safety regulations are adhered to and where risks are identified, implement countermeasures to reduce and mitigate risks.
Warehouse Planning- Ensure the right quantity and quality of resources are available to deliver at required service level for on time execution to include maintaining warehouse layout, translating short and medium term sales, inventory and production plans into warehousing resources (staff, space, equipment) requirements.
Goods Movement- Ensure all movement of goods internal and external are validated, recorded accurately and within the appropriate timeframe using required documents and ERP system.
Inventory Management- Ensure the company inventory policy is adhered to, coordinate periodic stock counts and conduct accurate stock reconciliations.
Asset & Equipment Management- Ensure assets and equipment are available, fit for purpose, used correctly and maintained in accordance with preventative maintenance schedules.
Reporting-Generate accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports, conduct appropriate analysis and communicate findings accordingly.
Organisational & People Management-Engage and motivate team members to deliver at their full potential. Participate in the full employment cycle.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
BSc. in Management, Logistics or Supply Chain
A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Warehouse Management or Supervision
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong collaborator able to drive results through others
Strong Microsoft Office skills, highly proficient in Excel
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret, report and communicate results
Proven track record in delivering to deadline and making decisions.
Supply Chain understanding, order handling and transportation would be an asset.
