VACANCY- CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

THE CELL would like to fill the position of CUSTOMER SERVICE REP- responsible for ensuring an
extraordinary customer experience with a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals.
This individual will be required to perform the following duties:
Deliver and ensure a superior level of customer service- function as a customer experience advocate
Welcome customers to our store, determine customer’s wants and needs through observation and
interaction, build rapport with customers, upsell, thank customers & invite them to come again
Ability to follow directions, absorb & execute information quickly
Work in a team environment to meet and exceed assigned goals
Multi-task in a fast paced team environment
Ensure the standard and image of the outlet is maintained
Resolve customer complaints with optimal solutions
Communicate Digicel & THE CELL marketing programs to customers
Assist managers with inventory maintenance
Manage cash drawer
Prepare bank deposits, balance cash drawer & reconcile
Stay up-to-date on the latest mobile technology and devices
Requirements:
Secondary School Completion with CXC’s or GCE O’ minimum grade level 2 in English Language and
Mathematics
Telecommunications industry knowledge is an asset
Excellent interpersonal, verbal skills and attention to detail
Strong customer centric approach to retail
Upbeat demeanor, with a sales-oriented personality
Work in other locations as the needs of the business dictate what may be required
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Complete all aspects of opening and closing the store in accordance with written procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
