VACANCY- CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

Are you looking for a work environment full of fast-paced fun? Interested in an opportunity where you
can put your energy and enthusiasm to work? How about a chance to learn, grow and advance with the
number one Digicel retailer in the OECS?

 

THE CELL would like to fill the position of CUSTOMER SERVICE REP- responsible for ensuring an
extraordinary customer experience with a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals.
This individual will be required to perform the following duties:
 Deliver and ensure a superior level of customer service- function as a customer experience advocate
 Welcome customers to our store, determine customer’s wants and needs through observation and
interaction, build rapport with customers, upsell, thank customers & invite them to come again
 Ability to follow directions, absorb & execute information quickly
 Work in a team environment to meet and exceed assigned goals
 Multi-task in a fast paced team environment
 Ensure the standard and image of the outlet is maintained
 Resolve customer complaints with optimal solutions
 Communicate Digicel & THE CELL marketing programs to customers
 Assist managers with inventory maintenance
 Manage cash drawer
 Prepare bank deposits, balance cash drawer & reconcile
 Stay up-to-date on the latest mobile technology and devices

Requirements:

 Secondary School Completion with CXC’s or GCE O’ minimum grade level 2 in English Language and
Mathematics
 Telecommunications industry knowledge is an asset
 Excellent interpersonal, verbal skills and attention to detail
 Strong customer centric approach to retail
 Upbeat demeanor, with a sales-oriented personality
 Work in other locations as the needs of the business dictate what may be required
 Ability to stand for long periods of time
 Complete all aspects of opening and closing the store in accordance with written procedures
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office
