St. James’s Club Morgan Bay Saint Lucia - Spa Therapist/Hair Dresser
Job Summary
The Spa Therapist/Hair Dresser is responsible for providing polite, professional aesthetician services to include facials, manicures, pedicures, body treatments and hair styling services to all patrons of the spa.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ability to work as part of our dynamic team
- Provide consistent professional massage, hair styles and body treatments in accordance with Spa protocols and accepted certification
- Properly caring for and using all salon and spa equipment, goods, products in a resourceful and economical manner
- Ensuring that treatment room are clean, properly setup and ready for treatments
- Actively promote and sell spa services to guests at the resort
- Maintain close contact with guests regarding the smooth operation of the department and the spa
- Promote the sale of retail items to the guests
- Actively promote the Spa, treatments, services and retail, as well as programs, promotions and or discounts available
- Must be able to work without direct supervision
- Maintain a possible attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment

- Possession of good communication skills excellent written and verbal communication
- The ability to anticipate customer needs, change goals and direction quickly and multi task
- Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer services skills
- Must be a team player, enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality
- Proven comfort and experience to interact effectively with all levels of management, guests, and associates, employees both inside and outside the organization
- Must have at least two (2) years experience in a similar position
- Must have a valid Allied certificate
- Must be flexible with work schedules supporting the needs of the Spa
