Job Description

• Work one on one with our brides and grooms to provide accurate sizing and the best customer experience while planning their fashion look for their wedding day
• Follow up with every customer including calling with ready for pickup dates, calling to touch base, emailing information and making every effort to ensure a return visit or/and a referral.
• Manage social media pages namely Instagram and face book and communicate effectively on email and phone with customers.
• Assist with meeting all monthly sales goals/quotas while maintaining positive relationships with customers and fellow employees.
• Creating sales orders and invoices, checking items in and out of store, taking payments/handling of cash, understanding terms and conditions while clearly and carefully explaining terms and conditions to clients.
• Identify customer concerns and or complaints and address or re-direct as appropriate for a positive resolution in order to maintain Something Borrowed Bridal standards and customer satisfaction
• Assist with staging/setup in store; assist with cleanup and end of day organization Taking phone calls, assisting in making appointments as necessary, using basic office equipment and computer programs.
• Assisting any other departments as necessary or as requested, including but not limited to steaming or any other assigned duties for operations.
