Service Station Ltd - Accounts Clerk
Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons for the position of Accounts Clerk.
Main Functions and not limited to:
- Reports to the Financial Controller
- Summerising,verifiying and recording Sales and Deposits to the GL
- Recording of Vendor Invoices and Payments to the GL and reconcile against monthly statements.
- Recording and reconciliation of A/R Customer Invoices Payments to the GL
- Preparation and recording Payroll entries
- Assist in generating daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Perform any other accounting duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must possess at least 5 CXCs including Math, English and Accounts or an Associate degree in Accounting/Level 2 ACCA
- Must be proficient in Excel and other Microsoft office applications.
- Experience in Accpac or Quickbooks would be a plus
- Must be customer service oriented
- Good written and oral communication skill
