BARTENDER
The ideal candidate should have a full knowledge of mixology and the use of all bar equipment, glassware and
ingredients. Maintain a clean and efficient bar, have an excellent command of guest service information and
consistently practice excellent service with a friendly smile.




Specific Requirements/Duties of the Position Include:
 Maintain cleanliness of bar and surrounding public area according to established standards, including
floors, walls, cabinets, equipment, fixtures and furniture, inside and out. Ensure bar is kept clean, tidy
and presentable during service hours.
 Ensure that all bar opening & closing times are adhered to within the time frame designated to our
guests.
 Ensure that Guest Comment scores are consistent and maintain a guest satisfaction score of 4.7 or
higher.
 Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established
Company standards and policies.
 Represent the hotel, company and department in the required respected and orderly fashion. At all
times set example by word, deed and attitude of the standards expected of the staff at Sandals Resorts
and work with colleagues toward the improvement of the services offered.




Qualifications and Experience:
 One to three years’ experience bartending in a casual restaurant setting.
 Intermediate food & beverage/wine knowledge, would be considered an asset.
 Effective written & verbal communication skills.
