The successful candidate will be responsible for all administrative functions of the Butler
Department. This includes scheduling, ordering resources and amenities, drafting
correspondence and coordinating all activities on behalf of the Department.
Specific Requirements/Duties of the Position Include:
Ensuring that special requests are ordered and handled accordingly.
Ensuring equipment and supplies are ordered on a weekly/monthly basis according
Strong administrative and organizing skills.
The ability to effectively multitask and perform professionally under pressure.
The ability to focus on details and service excellence
Qualifications and Experience:
High School Leaving Certificate/Diploma
At least four CXC/CSEC subjects including English Language
Minimum of three (3) years’ work experience in a similar position
