We at Duty Free Shoppers are currently looking to expand our team and are recruiting a Sales Associate at our Baywalk Mall and Hewanorra Int’l Airport Locations. As a Sales Associate your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.

Managing financial transactions

Achieving established sales goals.

Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.

Driving sales through engagement of customers and sharing of product knowledge.

Assisting with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.

Qualifications/Skills:

Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The ability to learn company-specific software.

Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.

Previous sales and customer service experience an asset.

Maths and English CXC.
