Real Foods Inc. the franchise holder for the KFC brand in St. Lucia is looking to recruit a Maintenance Manager for its growing operations.

The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for:

• Ensuring that equipment at all stores is maintained in keeping with manufacturers specifications.

• Respond timely to any issues or problems with equipment.

• Evaluates equipment requests and makes recommendations on the most efficient and cost-effective solution based on needs of the company

• Monitors and manages the budgets for the department.

• Plan and schedule the work of the maintenance team

• Reviews the work of the maintenance team which involves coaching members and identifying areas for development; provide training or support as necessary

• Directs, maintains, and enforces the safety program for the maintenance department.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in a similar capacity and supervising a team.

competent in the use of Microsoft Suite, especially Excel, AutoCAD, and the ability to learn new applications.
