Job Title: Purchasing Assistant

Summary of Duties
Under the direction of the immediate supervisor/Manager, participates in the procurement of construction and industrial products. Handles purchase requisitions, pricing orders and other purchasing duties. Assist in determining pricing and maintaining price lists. Monitors inventory. Prepares reports. Predicts and anticipates sales. Researches, identifies and recommends potential suppliers.
Qualifications and Experience
  • A minimum of an Associate Degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain or related discipline PLUS,
  • A minimum of three (3) years retail buying experience or Supply Management skills\experience
OR
  • A minimum of eight (8) years retail buying experience or Supply Management skills\experience
OR
  • Combined qualification and experience
Competencies
  • Accounting background will be an asset
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced computer skills in a Windows environment, manipulation of spreadsheets is required
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Experience in a Retail environment will be an asset

Job Title: Sales Representative

Summary of Duties
The Sales Representative’s primary responsibility is for the sales of products and services against agreed target and the provision of effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and systems.

Job Title: Accounts Clerk

Summary of Duties:
The Accounts Clerk position provides accounting and clerical support to the accounting department in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations.
Qualifications
  • 1 - 3 years’ experience in clerical accounting
  • Associate degree in business or accounting an advantage
  • MS Office and knowledge of accounting software
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping principles and procedures
  • Three to five years of progressive financial (payroll/accounting) responsibility/experience OR
  • A combined qualification and experience.

Summary of Duties
Our development group is seeking a duly qualified and versatile videographer to undertake commercial advertising, such as television ads, Video animation, directing of ads, professional recording and video editing.
The demands of the job require the videographer to work with our existing in- house team. Suitable candidates are those who demonstrate substantial experience in the videography modern aspect of todays.

REQUIRED IT SKILLS

  • Used of Adobe premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Professional video editing software’s.
  • Microsoft Office, Word, excel, Microsoft publisher, power point.
  • Use of Professional HD Video camera, Video equipment and DSLR Still Photography camera.

REQUIRED SKILLS –PROFESSIONAL

  • Possess an up to date working knowledge of current video recording and editing.
  • Possess a strong sense of directing, commercial idea for TV ads, innovative ideas for company animation and strong knowledge of writing scripts.
  • Creative and innovative ideas for company advertising.
  • Day to day tasks shall include video editing, video recording of commercial, creating animation, writing scripts and uploading of videos.
  • Valid Driver’s license would be a necessity.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 2 years full time work experience in the field of videography and animation.
  • A mini portfolio is required during your interview

Job Title: Product Manager

Summary of Duties
The Product Manager is responsible for managing all related aspects of existing and/or new products within his\her assigned portfolio to maximize product sales while meeting business objectives. The Product Manager will be required to develop long-term relationships with customers based on the portfolio of assigned products, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and help the sales team understand what the product does, and how to position it against competitors.
Strategic Planning
