Our client, a regional leading micro finance institution is looking for persons to fill the following positions in St. Lucia.
1. Operations Supervisor
2. Marketing Coordinator
3. Business Development Officer / Financial Advisor
OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
You will be responsible for effectively supervising frontline staff on a day to day basis in order to help them develop and grow our loan book. Superb management skills are critical as the Supervisor who directly coaches and develops credit and collections officers. An effective Supervisor interacts with employees and customers every day; leads by example, trains and holds the team accountable to do what’s right for the customer.




Key Responsibilities
Supervise loan officers
Attain branch loan production targets while maintaining acceptable delinquency levels as set by the Management
Conduct verifications and approvals of all loan applications
Participate in sales development activities
Liaise with collectors and lawyers regarding delinquent clients
Ensure high customer satisfaction levels
Requirements:
A degree in Business Management or related discipline.
Minimum of 4 years of supervisory / managerial experience.
Experience in small business lending would be an asset
Entrepreneurial business management orientation, sales planning, strong team-building skills
Strong probing, communication, analytical, problem solving and decision makes skills to effectively resolve complex customer and employee issues.
Job experience with extensive customer contact, including building and maintaining customer relationships.
Ability to work efficiently in a high demand, team oriented, and fast-paced environment
MARKETING COORDINATOR
As the Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for all marketing initiatives and the execution of our marketing campaigns. You will handle events, advertising, email marketing and social media for the company.




Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the development of multi-channeled marketing campaigns;
Assist in developing content and messaging;
Support internal business development officers;
Ensure the company has a strong image and branding;
Coordinate all corporate social responsibility initiatives.
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related field
At least 3 years of experience in marketing
Strong project management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work on a variety of projects concurrently, all with varying timelines, without missing deadlines
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER/FINANCIAL ADVISOR
As the Business Development Officer/Financial Advisor you will be responsible to develop strong, lasting relationships with key decision makers of corporate accounts. You will carry out daily workshops and seminars in order to provide clients with comprehensive tools and skills to help them achieve their long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to the continuous growth of the Company by actively identifying and pursuing new business development opportunities and ensuring high client satisfaction
Develop new relationships and maintain extensive contact with our corporate clients;
Maintain a strong presence within the local community through active involvement and leadership roles in various professional organizations and community events
Carry out sales and promotions activities to meet and exceed the Company’s sales targets
Develop client training material and execute workshops across the country;
Provide one‐on‐one counseling to clients and small businesses.
Qualifications:
A Degree in Marketing or a related field
At least 4 years’ work experience as a financial
advisor and/or account relationship management experience within the financial
services field
Superb communication and presentation skills
Willingness to spend at least 80% of time out of the office and work independently
Must have access to a vehicle for daily use
