Invest Saint Lucia (ISL) wishes to inform you that the revised traffic arrangements for the road leading to and from Pointe Seraphine will take effect on November 01, 2026.

Under the revised arrangement, traffic will continue to flow in both directions up to the Financial Administrative Centre. However, vehicles travelling beyond the Financial Administrative Centre towards Duty-Free Pointe Seraphine will be required to follow a one-way traffic system.

During the designated one-way period, all vehicles travelling beyond the Financial Administrative Centre will be required to exit via Seraphine Road, near the Vigie Playing Field, and continue onto the John Compton Highway. This arrangement will be implemented with the guidance of the Traffic Department of the Royal Saint Lucia Police Force (RSLPF).

The revised traffic system follows consultations with key stakeholders and is intended to improve traffic circulation, facilitate access to Duty-Free Pointe Seraphine and the cruise port, and support the safe and efficient movement of vehicles in the area.
