In an email to Melanie the organization stated, “The judges were quite pleased with your submission and wish to encourage you to continue perfecting your skills in art.” Melanie’s piece has been showcased on the ECCB’s website and social media platforms. The Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB) and the Regional Security System-Asset Recovery Unit (RSS-ARU) expressed gratitude to the College for its continued support of the ECCB’s Community Outreach thrust through participation in the 2021 ECCB/RSS-ARU Creative Youth Art Competition. This is the second year that a student of the College has won a top prize in a competition. In 2020, Khadijah Halliday was the 3rd place winner in the same age category ECCB Art Competition.
