Media Release: Government starts new publication

THE FIRST PERIODICAL WILL BE INSERTED IN THE APRIL 14 ISSUE OF THE WEEKEND STAR.

The Government of Saint Lucia has started a new publication named “Our Saint Lucia”, that encompasses updates on the progress of the country.

The publication will also focus on highlighting the national identity, nation building and the development of the country.

The publication is an opportunity for Saint Lucians to get information and updates about government’s plans in one convenient location.

The first issue of the bi-monthly publication will be inserted in the Weekend STAR Newspaper starting Saturday, April 14. The issue will also be available online via the Facebook page of the Office of the Prime Minister and the government website, govt.lc.

The first issue will address: highlights of the 2018 budget, a feature on the outstanding work of young people at OJO LABS, a constituency focus on Choiseul, Educate Saint Lucia, the redevelopment of Castries, investment successes, infrastructure work throughout Saint Lucia , and more.
