Employers to receive annual tax return information bulletin via mail

RETURNS MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN JANUARY 31.

Employers are informed that their tax packages have been mailed.

Enclosed in the packages are the Employers Guide to completing tax certificates, including the TD6 (paye annual remittance); TD5 (to be completed for individuals who were employed during the year); TD4 (to be completed for employees whose services were terminated during the course of the year); and CT2 (annual contract tax remittance to be completed for individuals who provided independent personal services).

The employers annual return with supporting documents must be submitted no later than January 31, 2019. Any employer who fails to submit the employers return will be penalized.
