Position: Executive Housekeeper
An Executive Housekeeper is responsible for managing daily Housekeeping operations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service. This includes, but is not limited to, maintaining cleanliness, service and product quality standards of guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms.
Manages the delivery and measurement of guest service standards within Housekeeping, consistent with the company’s established guidelines/standards.
Ensure rooms are clean and available to guests in a timely and efficient manner;
Oversee and conduct room inspections;
Responds to guest service interactions in a professional and timely manner, achieving positive guest/problem resolution.
Works closely in training Housekeeping Supervisors to ensure room inspections are in accordance with quality assurance standards.
Coordinate preventive maintenance program with maintenance, housekeeping and reservations.
Should also possess the following SKAs:
Ability to work well in a high pressure environment;
Solid understanding of housekeeping and laundry supplies and pars;
Attention to detail;
Proven work experience as an Executive Housekeeper at a luxury hotel property;
Have a participative management style, and to be able to use a ‘hands on’ approach to management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
Compensation will be influenced by the successful candidate’s qualification, experience and skill.
