Lease Abstractor Vacancy
Grow Resources Inc., a division of US based lease management software and services pioneer, Property Works, is actively recruiting. This highly specialized team of Lease Abstractors will be trained to interpret commercial real estate leases and input relevant data into a proprietary software management platform.

The ideal candidate will possess;
A Bachelors Degree in Business Admin, Finance, Law, Real Estate or similar field
At least 5 years professional experience, accounting experience a plus
The ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
Good attention to detail and ability to think critically
Excellent written and verbal communications skills

High Proficiency in grammar, spelling and proof reading
Ability to be self-motivated while working in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Paralegal/ Legal Office experience an asset, but not required
Strong work ethic and a passion for quality
